Manage the organization with integrity. Are financial records maintained to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting? Accurate financial reporting is critical to effective decision-making.

Does management emphasize being socially progressive? Most organizations delay the implementation of a socially responsible agenda until the pain associated with the delay is intolerable.
